The Obstacle
The social VR platform Banter commissioned the YouTube VR Developer Justin P. Barnet to expand his VR Creator Club to have bi-weekly VR meetup in Banter.
I worked as the liaison between the groups, building the world and coordinating the Events.

The Process
The Result
Banter’s worlds are treated as websites, meaning that Google analytics can be used to collect.
The spikes are when events were held. There is also a wide array of people from all over the world attending the event.
--The different features also had links that sent the user to the associated pages. The links used skeuomorphic design to help people understand what is and isn’t a button.
The average attendance has been 30 people. Even though the event hasn’t been happening for very long, it has received positive feedback.
-A central stage was made as the focal point complete with a screen share for presentations.
-Breakout rooms were created using different colors to help facilitate discussions with large groups.
-Intro space with weekly information
-New users are spawned into a welcome horseshoe with information like Meeting times and places, Surveys, and “About us” that has a link to the community web page.
A VR meeting is held every other week with a guest speaker once a month.
